Micro-poetry jewels

Poetry, Aug '14
By Bauke Kamstra

Your eye
when it sleeps
leaves me dark

open
it is fire.

***

Cries for help
only draw
predators.

***

Still alive
still with passion

not rendered
inconsolable

by the memory
of pain.
